ASB IT provides support to your staff and valuable infrastructure in many ways:

Remote Support

With the remote support we need to connect to your computer with the use of either pre-installed remote agent or we request you to run a small piece of remote software from the below link. Prior to connecting to your computer we ask for your permission.

  1. Pre-installed agent - Customers doesn't need to do anything. Sometimes Engineer can ask the computer name.
  2. Not pre-installed - Click this link to download the remote agent. After the download, please click on RUN. Then please provide the Engineer the 9 digit ID.
